Supplies:
Tube of your choice. I am using the work of Ed van der Linden. You can get this tube at http://www.thepspproject.com/

Scrap Kit is Steam Punk by MizTeeque. You can get it at http://mizteeques.blogspot.com/

Mask of your choice. I am using one by Vix which you can get at http://www.freewebs.com/vixpsp/

Font of your choice.

Lets Begin:

Open element 37.
Shift +D to duplicate.
Close the original.
Make your canvas larger so you have room to work with.
Move the gear to the middle of the canvas.
Using your magic wand select the inside of the gear.
Go to selections modify and expand by 5.
Open paper 10 and copy.
Back on your tag add a new raster layer and drag to the bottom.
Edit paste the paper into the selection.
Selections select none.
Make your gear layer active and using your magic wand select the inside again.
Open your tube and copy and paste into the frame. You can either put it all inside the frame or coming out like mine.
Erase any bits you dont want.
Add a drop shadow to your tube and to the frame.
Open paper 5 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Drag to the bottom and apply the mask of your choice.
Delete the mask layer and merge the group.
Open element 4. Resize by 25%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and move to the left side of your tag.
Open element 8 and resize to match the goggles and copy and paste as a new layer and drag under the goggles on the left side.
Repeat with element 10.
Open element 33 and resize and copy and paste as a new layer and drag under the other elements and move to the left.
Open element 41.
Add some text to it and then merge visible.
Resize by 40%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and rotate to the left 17 degrees. Dont forget to sharpen after rotating.
Drag under your gear frame.
Open element 40. Resize by 40%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and make it look like its stapled to the book.
Add your name.
Add your copyright information.
Crop and save.
