Afternoon Tea

Supplies:
Tube of your choice. Preferably with a closeup. I am using the work of Arthur Crowe. You can get his work at http://arthurcrowesfactory.com/store/

Kit is Loving Lavendar by MizTeeque. You can get her kits at http://mizteeques.blogspot.com/

Brushes of your choice. I get a lot of my brushes from deviantart.com

Font of your choice.

Lets Begin:
Open element 77 this is going to be the base for our tag.
Shift +D to duplicate and close the original.
Resize by 85%.
Using your freehand selection tool set on point to point select along the edges of the white part of the element.
You can zoom in if you have old eyes like mine. LOL
Add a new raster layer.
Open paper 10.
Copy and paste into selection.
Go to selections – modify – select selections borders
use the following settings:
both sides
border width – 2
anti alias checked
Add a new raster layer.
Flood fill your border with a color that is going to match your tube/tag.
Add noise using the following settings:
uniform
100%
Monochrome checked.
Selections select none.
Add a drop shadow to the frame layer.
Make your paper layer active again and go to selections-select all-float-defloat.
Open the closeup of your tube and copy and paste as a new layer.
Position in your frame where you want it.
Selections invert and hit delete.
Change the properties on this layer to luminance legacy.
Lower your opacity to 67.
Add a slight drop shadow.
Now add a drop shadow to the entire base which should be your bottom layer.
Add a new layer and drag to the bottom.
Choosing a color that will match your tube/tag add some brushes around the edges of your base.
Open your full tube and copy and paste as a new layer and position where you want.
Add a drop shadow to her.
Now we are going to spruce this baby up with some of the fun elements from the kit.
Open element 61 and resize by 25%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and move to the lower right hand side of the tag.
Add a drop shadow.
Open element 60 and resize by 35% and copy and paste as a new layer.
Go to image flip horizontal(mirror in older psp versions)
Move to the lower right hand side and position just a little up and to the left of your teacup and drag under the cup.
Add a drop shadow.
Open element 29 and resize by 20%.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Move over to the lower right and position with the teapot and teacup.
Add a drop shadow.
Open element 16.
Resize by 60%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and drag to the far right corner and move under the other elements and add a drop shadow.
Open element 53 and resize by30%.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Move to the lower left corner.
Drag down under your main tube.
Position where you want and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate and move the duplicate somewhere in the same area.
Open element 55 and resize by 20%.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Move to the lower left and place among the first flowers.
Add a drop shadow.
Open element 57.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Now you are going to resize until it fits on your frame.
It took me a few tries to get it right.
Move to the right hand side. Position where it looks like its wrapped around the frame.
Drag under your elements.
Add a drop shadow.
Open element 46.
Resize by 20%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and move to the top right of the frame.
Add a drop shadow.
Using a font of your choice add some text if you want.
Add your name.
Add your copyright and license information.
Crop and Merge Visible.
Resize if you want
Save!
