Supplies:

Scrap Kit is Color Emo by Chachaz Creationz. You can get this kit athttp://scrapsandthecity.com/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=12_532

Font of your choice. I am using Colton Grundy.

Plugins:
Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow


Lets Begin:
Open your template and shift+D to duplicate.
Delete the credits layer.
Make your bottom rectangle layer active. Selections select all float and defloat.
Open paper 1 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Selections invert and hit delete.
Selections select none.
Delete the original rectangle layer.
Duplicate the layer you just made with paper 1.
On the bottom layer go to adjust blur gnaussian blur with a radius of 30.00.
Then to effects texture effects weave with the following settings:
Gap Size – 4
Widthy – 2
Opacity – 5
Weave color – Black
Gap color – black
Fill gaps checked.
Make your large blue circle layer active. Selections select all float and defloat.
Add a new raster layer.
Now make a foreground/background gradient.
Your foreground color should be a color from your tube and your background should be black.
Set your gradient with the following settings:
Style – Linear
Angle – 0
Repeats – 3
Invert checked
Horizontal and Vertical set to 50
Flood fill your new layer with the gradient.
Selections select none.
Delete the original circle layer.
Add a fat black gradient glow to this layer.
Make pink rectangle layer active. Selections select all float and defloat.
Open paper 5. Copy and paste as a new layer.
Selections invert and hit delete.
Selections select none.
Delete the original pink rectangle layer.
Make your first blue pink rectangle layer active and with your magic wand set to:
Mode Add(shift)
Match Mode – RGB Value
Contiguous checked
Anti-Alias checked and set to outside.
Select the blue part of the frame.
In your layer palette right click on the layer and select “promote selection to layer”
Flood fill with the same color you used to make your gradient earlier.
Repeat these steps for the other blue pink rectangle.
On both the promoted layers go to adjust add/remove noise and add noise with the following settings:
Uniform
Monochrome Checked
30%
Select one of the blue pink rectangle layers and go to selections select all float and defloat.
Flood fill with black.
Repeat for the other blue pink rectangle layer.
Select one of the new black rectangle layers and go to selections select all float and defloat.
Open your tube and copy and paste as a new layer and position in the framed area.
Selections invert delete to clear the excess.
Selections select none.
Go to adjust hue and saturation and colorize to 0 0 which will make it greyscaled.
Repeat with the other black rectangle only image flip horizontal your tube.
Make your main middle rectangle layer active. The one you used paper 5 on.
Go to selections select all float and defloat.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and position right in the middle.
Go to selections invert and erase any bits that are hanging off the bottom only.
Selections select none.
Duplicate your tube layer and on the bottom apply the same blur and weave settings as you did above.
Add a drop shadow to all the layers so far except the ones with the blur and weave on them.
Open element 23 from the kit and copy and paste as a new layer drag to the bottom.
Move to the right side of your tag so it is peeking out the side, top and bottom.
Duplicate and image flip horizontal. Move the duplicate to the left side in the same position as the other one.
Merge these 2 layers together and add a drop shadow.
Open element 24 and resize by 30%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and position on the bottom right between the framed image and your main tube.
Duplicate and image flip horizontal. Move to the same position on the left.
Merge these 2 layers and add a drop shadow.
Open the wordart.
I used my freehand tool and selected the word “disturbed” and colorized it to match my tag.
Resize by 60%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and image rotate left by 27 degrees.
Move to the top left corner.
Add a drop shadow.
Add your name.
Add your copyright information.
Crop and save.
