Make the text layer active and apply Eye Candy Gradient Glow using the same settings as before but change the color to black.
Open your tube and copy and paste as a new layer.
Drag under the text layer and place on the right hand side of the tag.
Open element 5 and resize. Copy and paste as a new layer and place at the top point of the star.
Open element 7 and resize and copy and paste as a new layer.
Move under your text layer and to the bottom left of the tag.
Open element 10 and resize.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Move to the lower left of the tag. I placed mine so it looked like it was hanging over the text layer. Just use your eraser tool to get the same effect.
Make your circle layer active again and go to selections select all float and defloat.
Open element 52 and resize.
Copy and paste as a new layer and position in the lower half of the circle layer.
Go to selections invert and hit delete.

Open element 20. Copy and paste as a new layer.
Move to where it is right in the center of the text layer.
Erase the bits that are hanging off the ends.
Lower the opacity on this layer to about 60.
Open element 3 and resize.
Copy and paste as a new layer and move to the lower right of the tag.
Lets get your layers ready to add your animation.
Merge all the layers together that are above your circle layer but do not include the circle layer.
Hide this new layer you just created.
Now merge together the rest of the layers.
Add your copyright information and merge this layer to your top layer.
Add your name and also merge to the top layer.
Now copy your bottom layer and open animation shop and paste as a new animation.
Open your animation that you are going to use.
Resize if you need to. You want it to fit nicely in the circle area.
Now make note of the number of frames in your animation. The one I am using has 38 frames.
Duplicate the base of your tag to match the frames.
Grab frame 1 of your animation and drag it onto frame 1 of your base tag. Position directly in the middle of the circle and then release when you are happy.
Now back to paint shop pro and copy the top layer of the tag.
Bring it into animation shop and duplicate to match the frames and drag onto frame one also.
Make sure you place it correctly.
View your animation and save if you are happy.
