Add a gradient glow of white to it. Add a drop shadow.
Go back to the word art and this time grab the “Movie Star”

Add a gradient glow keeping the color black.
Make your medium black star layer active and add noise using the same settings.

Drop shadow all the star layers.

Copy and paste as a new layer and go to image rotate to the right 17 degrees. Dont forget to sharpen.
Move over to the left behind the drink and the stars.
Add your name and copyright information and lets get ready to animate.
For animated tags I find putting a white background on them will help with the pixelization. It doesnt get rid of it but it helps.
Add a drop shadow to all of your layers that you havent yet.
Now here is where it might get confusing but I will try to make it as simple as I can.
You are going to want to merge all of your layers down to the oval frame and include the oval frame in this top merged group.
Hide this new layer you created.
Now merge visible the rest of the layers.
This will leave you with 2 layers that we will take into animation shop.
Copy this bottom layer and go into animation shop and right click and paste as a new animation.
Open your animation. Take note of how many frames are in it. The one I am using has 31 frames.
Now go to your tag base and duplicate until you have the same amount of frames as your animation.
On both your tag base and your animation go to edit select all so that all frames are selected.
On your tag base scroll back so you can see frame 1 and do the same on your animation.
Click on frame 1 of your animation and drag it onto your tag. Don't let go until you have it in the right spot. If you screw it up you can undo and keep trying until you get it where you want it to be.
Once you get it placed view your animation.
If you are happy then resize and save.
