Lets Begin:

We are going to start by building our own frame.
Open a brand new canvas that is going to give you lots of room to work with and build on. I usually use 900x900.
Open element 15 and resize by 65%. Copy and paste as a new layer.
Move to the left hand side and duplicate this layer.
Move the duplicate to the right hand side.
You will need to judge how big you want your frame to be.
Make sure you line them up using the grid in your background.
Merge these 2 layers together.
Open element 14 and resize by 50%. Copy and paste as a new layer.
Image rotate to the right 90 degrees.
Place along the top and make it intersect with the cross member in the side bars.
Duplicate this layer and move to the bottom.
Merge these 2 layers.
Use your eraser and erase the 2 parts of the pole that are sticking out the sides at the top on this new layer.
Merge your 2 layers with the poles on them together and you have a frame.
Using your selection tool set on point to point select the inside of the frame.
Layers new raster layer and drag under your frame.
Open paper 7 and copy and paste into selection.
Leaving this frame selected now open your tube and copy and paste as a new layer and make sure its under your frame and position how you want inside of the frame.
Selections invert and hit delete on the tube layer.
Selections select none.
Apply Xero Porcelain using the default settings.
Duplicate the tube layer and apply Xero Soft Mood using the default settings.
On the Soft Mood layer lower the opacity until you are happy. Mine is at 40.
Add a drop shadow to your tube and to the frame.
Open element 2 and copy and paste as a new layer and drag to the bottom.
Move to the top left of your tag so it is peeking out the side and top.
Lower the opacity of this layer to 50.
Open element 18 and resize by 70%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and move to the lower right of your tag.
Add a drop shadow.
Open element 22 and resize by 50%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and place inside of the frame with your tube on the top right.
Duplicate this layer and image flip horizontal and image flip vertical.
Move to the lower left.
Merge these 2 together.
Add a drop shadow.
Open element 31 and resize by 50%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and move to the top of the pole on the left side.
Add a drop shadow.
Open element 12 and copy and resize by 30%.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Image rotate to the left 33 degrees.
