written 2/25/14

Supplies Needed:

Tube of your choice. I am using Lola by The Hunter. You can get her at http://scrapsncompany.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=161&products_id=3028

Scrap Kit is called Lolas by Bibi's Collection. You can get it at http://scrapsncompany.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=3027

Mask of your choice. I am using mask 50 by Insatiable Dreams. You can get it at www.insatiabledreams.net

Font of your choice. I am using A&S California Plug & A&S Snapper Script.

Lets Begin:
Open a new blank canvas that will give you plenty of room to work with.
Set your background color to black and turn your foreground color off.
Draw a nice sized rectangle in the center of your canvas.
Convert to raster layer.
Selections select all float and defloat.
Layers new raster layer.
Open element 10 from the kit and copy and paste into selection.
Leave selected.
Open element 14 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Position inside of the rectangle. Making sure you can still see the lights behind it.
Selections invert and hit delete.
Selections invert again.
Leaving selected.
Open element 15 from the kit and copy and paste as a new layer and position on the left hand side of the rectangle on top of the buildings.
Selections invert and hit delete.
Add a drop shadow to your brick wall and to the city.
Now before we move too much further we want to get the animated fan ready so we can be sure it fits on your brick wall ok.
So open element 4 from the kit and resize until it will fit nicely at the top of your brick wall on the left.
Once you are happy with the size copy and paste into animation shop.
Go to Effects Insert Image Effect and select spiral with the following settings:
I leave my copy of the fan in PSP so I am sure as I am building my tag to not cover it so much that you cannot see the animation. We will remove it later.
Open paper 7 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Drag to the bottom.
Apply the mask. If you are using the same mask ask me duplicate and flip horizontal. Place one on the left and one on the right.
Merge the 2 together.
Make your black rectangle layer active and selections float and defloat.
Open your tube and copy and paste as a new layer.
Erase the bits hanging outside of the rectangle.
Selections select none.
Open element 7 and resize 75%. Copy and paste as a new layer.
Place under your tube and your fan but on top of your brick wall.
Open element 1 and resize so it will fit nicely on the left hand side and flip horizontal.
Add a drop shadow.
Open element 47 and resize 60%. Copy and paste as a new layer and place in the top left corner.
Duplicate and flip horizontal and place in the top right corner.
Erase any bits covering your tube.
Open element 51 and resize so it will fit nicely along the right hand side of the tag.
Open element 80 and resize and copy and paste as a new layer and position on the bottom right.
Open element 57 and resize. Copy and paste as a new layer and place where you want on the tag.
If you want to add some text to the top like I did you can.
If not add your name and copyright information and lets add your animation.
Crop your tag and then delete the fan layer.
Merge visible.
Copy and paste as a new animation into animation shop.
Duplicate the tag frames to match the frames in your animation which should be 6.
Select all on both and drag the fan onto the tag and place.
Optimize. View and save.
