Let It Rain..Let It Pour

Supplies Needed:

Tube of your choice. I am using the work of Jennifer Janesko which you can get at www.cdoestore.com

Scrapkit is a freebie called New years Rain by MizTeeque's Digital Designs. You can get her kits at http://mizteeques.blogspot.com/

Mask of your choice. I am using mask # 254 by Wescotlass Creations. You can get her masks at http://weescotslasscreations.blogspot.com/search/label/Masks

Font of your choice. I am using James Fajardo and JackieO.

Plugins:
Xero Porcelain and Xero Radiance.

Lets begin:

Open a blank canvas that is going to be large enough to give you plenty of room to work with.
Open element 10 and copy and paste as a new layer and place in the center of your canvas.
Using your magic wand select the inside of the frame and go to selections modify and expand by 4.
Layers new raster layer and drag under your frame.
Open paper 11 and edit copy and paste into selection on your new layer.
While your frame is still selected open your tube and copy and paste as a new layer above your paper layer inside of the frame and position.
Selections invert and hit delete to clear any tube hanging out of the frame area.
Selections invert again.
Layers new raster layer and drag under your frame but above your tube.
Open element 1 and copy and paste into selection.
Selections select none.
On your tube layer apply Xero Porcelain using the default settings.
Change the properties of this layer to luminance legacy.
Add a nice drop shadow.
Now apply Xero Radiance using the default settings.
Add a drop shadow to your frame.
Open paper 11 again and copy and paste as a new layer and move to the bottom.
Apply the mask. Delete the mask layer. Merge the group.
Reposition if you need to.
Open element 15. Resize by 50%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and drag to just above your mask.
Position at the top left of your frame.
Duplicate and move the duplicate to the top right side of the frame.
Merge the two together.
Lower the opacity on this layer to 55%.
Add a drop shadow.
Open element 24 and resize by 50%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and position on the left side of your frame.
Add a drop shadow.
Duplicate.
Resize the duplicate by 80%.
Move the duplicate just down and to the right.
Open element 22 and resize by 50%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and move behind the pussy willows.
Open element 4 and resize so it will fit nicely at the bottom of the frame in front of the grass and pussy willows.
Open element 5 and resize just as you did element 4 and copy and paste and position to the right of element 4. Move behind.
Add a drop shadow to both.
Add some text along the top of your tag.
Add your name.
Add your copyright information.
Crop and save.
