Supplies Needed:

Scrapkit is a by Mizteeques Digital Designs. It is called Moonlight and you can get it at

Animation is one by Simone at Scrappy Bit of Fun. You can get it at

Mask of your choice. I am using mask 200 by Insatiable Dreams. You can get her great masks at

Font of your choice. I am using Adios Script Pro.

Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow

Lets Begin:

From the kit open element 16 and shift +D to duplicate.
Close the original.
Resize by 80%.
Center in your canvas and make your canvas large enough to work with.
I chose to colorize some of the elements and what not to go with my tube this is completely up to you.
Using your freehand selection tool set to freehand draw around the edge of your frame.
Add a new raster layer and move it to the bottom.
Flood fill with black.
Open element 5 and you will want to resize it until it fits nicely in your frame so that both trees can be seen on both sides.
You don't want it completely at the bottom of the frame because your tube is going to lay there and you will want to see this element above the tube.
If you need to copy and paste your tube and position so that you can get an idea of where you need this element to sit and fit within the frame.
Using Eye Candy 4000 Gradient glow add a very subtle glow to the element to help it stand out in the black area.
Make your black background layer active and go to selections select all float and defloat.
Open element 18 and copy and paste as a new layer and position within the frame.
Go to selections invert and hit delete.
Selections select none.
Open element 45 and resize by 75%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and place so it looks like it is behind the grass and tree area.
Once in place duplicate and on the duplicate go to adjust blur gnaussian blur and blur at 5.00. This will soften the look somewhat and give it a nice moonlight glow.
Open paper 15 and colorize if you wish.
Copy and paste as a new layer and drag to the bottom.
Apply the mask of your choice.
Delete the mask layer and merge the group.
Open element 37 and resize so it will fit nicely behind your tube.
Duplicate as many times as you want and place behind and around your tube.
Open element 26 and resize by 50%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and place behind the flowers.
Duplicate and move them around as many as you wish.
Colorize also if you want.
Open element 13 and colorize if you wish.
Resize so it will fit nicely at the top of your frame.
Add your name and copyright information.
Now I am going to get ready to animate.
If you don't want to then at this point crop and save.
If you are going to animate then let me explain I am going to do this a different way then I normally do and its a bit longer but I like the way this looks rather than the standard way of doing it.
I am going to put it all together in psp as opposed to animation shop.
Refill your drink or grab one and lets go::
Open your animation in animation shop and select all of the frames.
Edit copy and then go to paint shop pro and paste as a new image.
Your animation will be in there with all layers on top of each other.
Turn off all the layers except the very bottom one and we will work from the bottom up.
Now lets get your image ready.
Go to your black background layer and selections select all float and defloat.
Now our animation has 15 frames in it so we need 15 brand new layers on top of the black background layer so add a new raster layer and duplicate until you have 15 blank layers.
Turn off all the blank layers except the bottom one.
Make your bottom empty layer active.
Set your background color box to pattern and find the pattern of your animation.
Flood fill your bottom empty layer with this animation pattern.
You are going to leave your layers selected clear until we are finished with adding the animation.
Now you are going to go back to your animation image and hide the bottom layer and unhide the next one. Make this layer active in the layer palette.
Go back to your tag and hide the bottom layer you just filled and unhide the next one up. Make it active and change your background again to the new animation pattern. You have to be sure to do this each time or you will fill with the same pattern and it wont be animated when you are done.
You will repeat these steps for all 15 layers.
Once you are done selections select none.
Hide all of the layers of your animation except the bottom one.
Now edit copy merged your entire tag and go to animation shop and paste as a new animation.
Back to psp and hide the bottom layer of the animation and unhide the next one.
Copy merged again and back to animation shop and paste after current frame.
Keep repeating the above steps until you have all 15 frames of your entire tag in animation shop.
View your animation.
If you are happy then save.
