Supplies Needed:

Tube of your choice. I am using the work of Di Halim. You can get this tube at http://scrapsncompany.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=113_133_166&products_id=3571

Scrapkit is by Bibi and called Poison Ivy. You can get it at http://scrapsncompany.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=3588

Font of your choice. I am using Rina and PuteiroAnarquista.

Mask of your choice. I am using mask # 547 by insatiable dreams. You can get it at www.insatiabledreams.net

Lets Begin:

Open a new blank canvas that is going to give you plenty of room to work with.
Using your selection tool set on elipse. Draw a oval shape in the center of your canvas.
Use my tag for reference if needed.
Open paper 8 and copy.
Paste into selection.
Keep selected.
Layers new raster layer and drag to the bottom.
Open paper 5 and copy.
Paste into selection.
Now go to selections select none.
Make your bottom layer active and resize by 120%.
Apply the mask of your choice.
Delete the mask layer and merge the group.
Lower the opacity of the mask layer to 50.
Make your top paper layer active and using your soften tool with the following settings:
soften the edges of your top paper elipse shape.
Open element 107 and resize so it will fit nicely on top and over your layers.
Open element 105 and copy and paste as a new layer and place on top in the middle of your layers.
Open element 94 and copy and paste as a new layer and drag to the bottom.
Move so it is out the bottom of your layers because your tube is going to sit on it.
Open your tube at this time and resize if you need to and copy and paste as a new layer and move to either side of the tag.
Open element 26 and resize so it will fit nicely along the other side of your tag.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Open element 21 and resize so it will fit nicely along the top of your ivy archway.
Open element 8 and resize so it will fit nicely in your framed area.
Copy and paste as a new layer and position where you want.
I wait for this element because I am not sure where I want to place it until I have all the other goodies on my tag.
Using a font of your choice place some text on the tag.
Add your name and copyright information.
Crop and save.
