Layers new raster layer and drag this new layer under the frame.

Add a drop shadow to the tube and the frame.

Now I wanted this to be more in proportion with my bottom frame and tube so I resized by 110% 2x.
Place so your tube is centered within.
Add a drop shadow.
Using all of the flowers from the kit resize and copy and paste several and around them around your frame.
Open element 2 and copy and paste as a new layer and resize and then duplicate several times and scatter among the flowers.
Open element 14 and resize by 75%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and position over to the left hand side.
Open element 26 and copy and paste as a new layer and drag behind the clock.
Duplicate and image mirror.
Open element 16 and copy and paste as a new layer and position on the clock and add a drop shadow.
Open element 20 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Image rotate to the right 65 degrees.
