Supplies Needed:


Scrap Kit by Devilish Dezines. You can get it at http://scrapsncompany.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=4557

Mask is by me and you can get it at http://tagsbytika.blogspot.com/

Font of your choice. I am using Penman.


Lets Begin:

Open Frame 1 and shift+d to duplicate and close the original.
Resize by 80%.
Make your canvas large enough to give you plenty of room to work with.
Using your magic wand to select the inside of the frame.
Selections modify and expand by 4.
Open paper 6 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Drag under the frame.
Selections invert and hit delete.
Selections select none.
Open paper 4 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Drag to the bottom.
Apply the mask.
Delete the mask layer and merge the group.
Lower the opacity of this layer to 70.
Select the inside of your frame again and selections modify and expand by 3.
Open element 49 and resize by 45%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and place under the frame at the bottom so the steps are going from bottom right to left side.
Open element 50 and resize so it just bigger than your frame and copy and paste as a new layer and place on the far left side.
Open your tube and reisze and copy and paste as a new layer and place on the far right side.
Using your magic wand and select the inside of the frame.
Selections modify and expand by 3.
Open element 34 and resize by 75%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and place inside the framed area.
Selections invert and hit delete.
Selections select none.
Using Xenofex2 Constellation with the following settings:

Apply it to both the cloud layer in side the frame and the mask layer.
Open element 30 and resize by 75%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and place over the top of the Eiffel tower.
Open element 35 and resize by 85%
Copy and paste as a new layer and place at the bottom.
Using the font of your choice; place some text inside the framed area.
I chose to place Le Prix d'Amour C'est Seulement Amour which means
The Price of Love It's Only Love.
Add your name.
Add your copyright information.

Crop and save.
