Supplies Needed:

Tube of your choice. I am using the artwork of Kim Harlow. I got this image at CILM when they were open … I am not sure where to get her images now.

Scrap Kit is a freebie by Chaana Scrap. It is called Gift for you. You can get it at http://chaanascrap.blogspot.com/2011/02/freebie-for-you.html

Mask of your choice. I am using Water Brush ROB.

Font of your choice. I am using a mask by Maria that was made for the June challenge at The Taggers Lounge. You can find it on our blog at http://thetaggerslounge.blogspot.com/2014/07/ttl-mask-makers-challenge-june.html

Lets Begin:
Open element 18 and shift+D to duplicate.
Close the original.
Re-size this frame to a size you are happy with. This is going to be the base of your tag.
Make your canvas large enough to give you room to work with and create on.
You can re-size and crop when you are done.
Using your magic wand select the inside of the frame.
Selections modify and expand by 3.
Layers new raster layer and drag under the frame.
Open paper 7 and re-size.
Copy and paste into selection on your new layer.
Selections select none.
Copy and paste the paper again as a new layer.
Drag to the very bottom.
Apply the mask.
Delete the mask layer and merge the group.
Add a drop shadow to the frame.
Open your tube and copy and paste as a new layer at the top.
Position in your frame but we want it actually sitting on top with bits hanging out and over the edges.
Add a drop shadow to the tube.
Open element 39 and re-size so it will fit nicely along the bottom of your tag.
Drag under your tube.
Add a drop shadow.
Open element 19 and re-size so it will fit nicely around the frame.
Copy and paste as a new layer and place on the far right side.
Duplicate and image flip horizontal and move to the far left side.
Merge these 2 layers together and drag to just above your mask layer.
Add a slight drop shadow.
Open element 16 and re-size and copy and paste as a new layer.
Drag down to just above your frame.
Move to the far left side.
Duplicate and image flip horizontal.
Move to the far right side.
Merge together and add a drop shadow.
Open element 15 and re-size so it will fit nicely on top of the leaves you just added.
Copy and paste as a new layer and position on either side.
Duplicate and move to the other side.
Merge together and add a drop shadow.
Using your preset elipse tool draw out a circle around the frame.
Leave this as a vector layer and add your name as floating text along the top of the frame.
Promote the floating layer to a raster layer.
Selections select none.
Delete the vector elipse layer.
Crop and save.
