Supplies Needed:

Tube by Andy Cooper which you can get at http://scrapsncompany.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=161&products_id=4895 or any other military tube of your choice.

Scrap Kit is by Designz By Sue which you can get at http://scrapsncompany.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=4897 or any other military themed kit of your choice.

Tag Template is by Me. You can get this template at http://www.4shared.com/photo/6nM4lYSyba/ArmyStrongTemplate_2014tbt.html

Mask of your choice. I am using masl #149 by Wescotlass Creations. You can get this mask at http://weescotslasscreations.blogspot.com/search/label/Masks

Font of your choice. I am using Army Chalk. You can get it at http://www.fontspace.com/anonymous-fonts/armychalk

Plugins:
Eye Candy Gradient Glow (optional)

Lets Begin:
Open your template and shift+d to duplicate.
Close the original so you can use it again if you want to.
Delete the creators layer.
Make the black oval layer active and go to selections select all float and defloat.
Open paper 1 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Selections invert and hit delete.
Selections select none.
Add a drop shadow to this bottom layer.
Open paper 8 and copy and paste as a new layer and drag to the bottom.
Apply the mask of your choice.
Delete the mask layer and merge the group.
Make the large star layer active and go to selections select all float and defloat.
Layers new raster layer.
Open paper 9 and edit copy and paste into selection.
Selections modify and contract by 8.
Open the closeup of your tube and copy and paste as a new layer.
Re-size if needed to fit the tag nicely.
Position within the selected area of the star.
Erase any bits you don't want hanging out.
Selections select none.
Delete the original large star layer.
Merge your 2 smaller star layers together.
Selections select all float and defloat.
Open paper 5 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Selections invert and hit delete.
Selections select none.
Delete the original layer.
Apply a gradient glow if you wish.
Add a drop shadow.
Make your wordart shadow layer active and add a slight drop shadow to it.
Make the word art layer active and go to selections select all float and defloat.
Open paper 7 and copy and paste as a new layer.
I arranged mine so the stars where in the first part of the wordart and the stripes in the second part.
Selections invert and hit delete.
Selections select none.
Delete the original layer.
Merge this new layer down with the shadow layer.
Open camouflage_004 and copy and paste as a new layer and position in front of the small star on the left.
I made mine look like it was hanging on the star but this is up to you just erase the bits you need to if you choose.
Open camouflage_017 and resize by 50%.
Copy and paste as a new layer and place in the top right area of the tag.
Add a drop shadow.
Open camouflage_029 and resize by 60%.
Image flip horizontal.
Copy and paste as a new layer and position to sit on top of the word art at the far right.
Add a drop shadow.
Open camouflage_044 and resize by 80%.
Copy and paste as a new layuer and place along the bottom of the tag.
Add your name.
Add your copyright information.
Crop and save.
