Template is a freebie by Pooker. I am using template # 194 and you can get it at http://elegantinspirations.blogspot.ca/2013/09/2-new-templates-ei194-ei195_29.html

Font of your choice. I am using Hayseed.

Lets Begin:

Open your template and shift+D to duplicate and close the original for use again.

Remove the copyright layer.

I like to work from the bottom up when using a tag template.

We are going to make a gradient from 2 colors in our tube.

Set your foreground to a lighter color in your tube and the background to a darker color.

Set your gradient settings like below:

Make your black squares layer active and go to selections select all float and defloat.

Add a new raster layer and flood fill with your gradient.

Selections select none.

Delete the original black squares layer.

Make your white circles 2 layer active and go to selections select all float and defloat.

Add a new raster layer and flood fill with your gradient.

Selections select none.

Delete the original white circles 2 layer.

Make your white rectangles layer active and go to selections select all float and defloat.

Add a new raster layer and flood fill with your gradient.

Selections select none.

Delete the original white rectangles layer.

Go through and add a drop shadow of

to all of the dotted layers.

Open paper 9.

Edit/copy.

Back to your tag.

Make your white squares layer active and go to selection select all float and defloat.

Paste your paper as a new layer and go to selections invert and hit delete.

Selections select none.

Delete the original white squares layer.

Add the same drop shadow as above to the squares.

Make the glitter circle layer active and go to selections select all float and defloat.

Paste your paper as a new layer and go to selections invert and hit delete.

Selections select none.

Delete the original glitter circle layer.

Add the same drop shadow as above to the circle.

Open paper 7 and copy.

Back to your tag.

Make your green squares layer active and go to selections select all float and defloat.

Paste your paper as a new layer and go to selections invert and hit delete.

Selections select none.

Delete the original green squares layer.

Add the same drop shadow as above to the squares.

Make your green circles layer active and go to selections select all float and defloat.

Paste your paper as a new layer and go to selections invert and hit delete.

Selections select none.

Delete the original green circles layer.

Add the same drop shadow as above to the circles.

Open paper 5 and copy.

Back to your tag.

Make your black circles 3 layer active and go to selections select all float and defloat.

Paste your paper as a new layer and go to selections invert and hit delete.

Selections invert again.

Now open your tube and copy and paste as a new layer.

Move your tube so her face is in one of the circles and go to selections invert and hit delete.

Selections invert again.

Paste your tube again and move so her face is in the other circle and go to selections invert and hit delete.

Selections select none.

Merge the 2 face layers together and change the properties of this layer to Luminance Legacy.

Merge the faces layer down to the paper layer below it.

Add the same drop shadow.

Go back to paper 5 and copy it again.

Make your black rectangles layer active and go to selections select all float and defloat.

Paste your paper as a new layer and go to selections invert and hit delete.

Selections select none.

Delete the original black rectangles layer.

Add the same drop shadow.

Make black circle 2 layer active and selections select all float and defloat.

Paste your paper as a new layer and go to selections invert and hit delete.

Selections select none.

Add the same drop shadow.

Open paper 1 and copy.

Make your green rectangles layer active and go to selections select all float and defloat.

Paste your paper as a new layer and go to selections invert and hit delete.

Selections select none.

Delete the original green rectangles layer.

Add the same drop shadow.

Make your green circle 1 layer active and go to selections select all float and defloat.

Paste your paper as a new layer and go to selections invert and hit delete.

Selections select none.

Delete the original green circle layer.

Add the same drop shadow.

Make white circle 1 layer active and go to adjust add/remove noise and add noise at 85% … uniform and monochrome checked.

Add the same drop shadow.

Make black circle 1 layer active and go to selections select all float and defloat.

Go to selections modify and expand by 1.

Open your tube and copy and paste as a new layer.

Position so her face is inside the circle.

Go to selections invert and hit delete.

Selections select none.

Change the properties of this layer to luminance legacy.

Merge the face down to the black circle and add the same drop shadow.

Phew ok all layers are done.

Lets dress this tag up!!!

Open your tube and resize if you need to and copy and paste as a new layer and position her on either side of the middle circle.

Add a nice perspective drop shadow.

I used the following settings:

Use any elements of your choice to dress up your tag.

Supplies Needed:

Font of your choice. I am using 2Peas Beef Broccoli and 2Peas Brainless

Lets Begin:

Open a blank canvas that is large enough to work with.

Set your background color to black and turn off your foreground color.

Using your elipse shape draw out a black circle as large as you want it to be.

This will be the background of the tag and we are going to use an element from the kit to make a floor area.

Open element 47 and resize if you need to so it will fit around the outside edge of your circle.

Open element 50 and if you need to resize it a bit. I resized mine by 85%.

Then using your “pick” tool in psp push the top 2 corners inward so they fit nicely behind your circle.

To do this you will place your mouse over the top corner then hold your shift button and drag the corner inward.

Once you are happy drag under your black circle.

Open your tube and resize her so she will fit nicely sitting on the floor.

Make your black circle layer active and go to selections select all float and defloat.

Open element 41 and copy and paste as a new layer and position in the black circle.

Go to selections invert and hit delete.

Selections select none.

Now lets dress it up some.

Open element 29 and resize and copy and paste as a new layer and move to the lower right hand side in front of your tube.

Open element 37 and resize and copy and paste as a new layer and move behind the phone.

Open element 43 and copy and paste as a new layer and resize and place in front of the phone but to the left.

Open element 53 and copy and paste as a new layer and drag behind your tube.

Move to the left up in front of the circle.

Open element 44 and copy and paste as a new layer and resize and move to the bottom and slightly to the left.

Open element 18 and resize and copy and paste as a new layer and move behind the record player and to the right of it.

Open element 46 and copy and paste as a new layer and drag under your tube and other elements and place at the bottom.

Open element 32 and copy and paste as a new layer and move to the lower left. In front of the record player.

Now if you want you can add some song lyrics on top of the circle.

I used lyrics from the song Teenagers by My Chemical Romance which inspired this tag.

Add your name.

Add your copyright information.

Crop and save.
