Snow Pink




Snow Pink

This tutorial is meant purely as a guide. Feel free to make your tag unique by using your own choice of tube and scrap kit. If you want your tag to look just like mine then use the same supplies I have used.

Supplies Used:

Tube is an exclusive commission by Chris Pastel for Scraps n Company store. You can purchase this tube at http://scrapsncompany.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=305&products_id=15802

Matching scrap kit is by FWTags. You can purchase it at http://scrapsncompany.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=15718

Animation is by Scrappy Bit of Fun. You can get it at http://scrappybitoffun.blogspot.ca/2011/11/animations-2-3.html

Font of your choice. I am using Bellanche. This is a PTU font so use whatever font you would like.

Plugins:
None

Let's Begin:
Open frame 2 from the kit.
Shift+D to duplicate. Close the original.
Re-size.
Make your canvas large enough to give you plenty of room to work with.
Using your magic wand select the inside of the frame.
Selections modify and expand by 4.
Open paper 1.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Drag under the frame.
Selections invert and hit delete.
Selections select none.
Open element 27.
Copy and paste as a new layer and drag to the bottom.
Move to the bottom of the frame so it is peeking out of the bottom and the sides.
Duplicate.
Image flip vertical.
Move this copy to the top.
Merge these 2 layers together.
Open your tube and copy and paste as a new layer at the top.
Re-size as needed.
Place where you want on your tag.
Open element 60.
Copy and paste as a new layer and drag under your tube.
Re-size as needed.
Image flip horizontal.
Place behind your tube so it appears she is sitting on the end of the sleigh.
Open element 6.
Copy and paste as a new layer and drag under your tube but on top of the sleigh.
Re-size if you wish.
Move to the bottom of the tag so it looks like the sleigh is behind it in the snow and your tube is standing in it.
Duplicate and move the duplicate under the sleigh.
Move it up and over to the left a bit.
Open element 47 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Drag under your sleigh.
Re-size as needed.
Move to the far left of the frame.
Open element 73 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Re-size as needed.
Place in the sleigh. I erased bits to make it appear to be sitting inside of the sleigh.
Open element 63 copy and paste as a new layer.
Re-size as needed and place in the sleigh with the gift.
Open element 59 and repeat the above steps.
Open element 51 copy and paste as a new layer.
Place in the snow next to your tube.
Re-size as needed.
Open element 44 and repeat the above steps.
Open element 43 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Place so it is hanging from the tree.
Re-size as needed.
Open element 28 and repeat above steps.
Open element 25 and repeat above steps.
Open element 24 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Re-size as needed and place at the top of the tree.
Open element 30 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Move to the bottom of the tag.
Open element 42 and copy and paste as a new layer and drag down under your frame.
Place in the top area of the framed area where its kind of a blank space in your paper layer.
Re-size as needed.
I duplicated and re-sized this layer several times and placed them randomly to fill in the empty space.
Add your name.
Add your copyright and licensing information.
Crop.
Layers new raster layer and fill with white.
Move to the very bottom.
Lets take this into animation shop and add the cute lil animation.
Copy your tag and open animation shop and right click and paste as a new animation.
Open your animation and select all of the frames.
Take note of the number of frames in the animation.
Duplicate the frames of your tag to match the frames in your animation.
Select all of the frames in your tag.
Grab frame 1 of the animation and drag it onto frame 1 of your tag.
Place where you want.
This might take some undoing to get it right.
Once you are happy view your animated tag.
Re-size if needed/wanted.
Save.

Spring Beauty

Supplies Needed:

Font of your choice. I am using Oxida. You can get it at http://www.fontpalace.com/font-details/Oxida/

Plugins:
Eye Candy Gradient Glow.

Let's Begin:
Open your template in PSP and shift+D to duplicate.
Close the original for use another time.
Delete the cr and background layers.
Make your canvas large enough to work with.
Make layer 1 active. Selections select all float and defloat.
Layers new raster layer.
Flood Fill with color #0f56a6
Selections select none.
Delete the original layer 1.
Repeat the above steps with layers 3 and 9.
Make layer 2 active and selections select all float and defloat.
Open paper 5 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Selections invert and hit delete.
Selections select none.
Delete the original layer 2.
Repeat with layer 4 using the same paper.
Repeat the same steps with layers 5 & 6 but use paper 4.
Repeat the same steps with layer 7 but use paper 2.
Repeat the same steps with layer 8 but user paper 3.
Add a gradient glow in white around each of the layers.
Open your tube and copy and paste as a new layer.
Re-size so she will fit nicely within the tag area.
I placed mine so she appeared over the longer rectangle on the left.
Add a slight drop shadow to all layers and your tube.
Lets dress this tag up.
I will tell you what elements I used and really the placement is all up to you.
Use my tag for reference if you want it to be like mine.

Add your name.

Drink In My Hand

Supplies Needed:

Font of your choice. I am using P22 Art Deco Chic. This is a PTU font which you can purchase at https://www.p22.com/

Plugins:
NONE

Lets Begin:
Open frame 6 and shift+D to duplicate.
Close the original.
Re-size to a nice size for your tag.
Make your canvas large enough to work with.
Center your frame in the canvas.
Using your magic wand select the inside of the frame.
Selections modify and expand by 8.
Layers new raster layer and drag under the frame.
Open paper 3 and copy and paste into selection.
Selections select none.
Open element 15 and re-size by 75% and then again by 85%.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
I flipped mine horizontal because I wanted it leaning to the left but this is up to you.
Place on the left side of your frame and erase any bits you don't want overlapping the frame. I made mine look to be inside the frame at the bottom but coming out at the top; again completely up to you.
Add a drop shadow.
Again using your magic wand select the inside of the frame.
Selections modify and expand by 1.
Open the close up of your tube and copy and paste as a new layer.
Position in the frame.
Erase any bits you don't want hanging out.
Add a drop shadow to both your tube and the frame at this point.
Open element 59 and re-size by 50% 2x.
Copy and paste as a new layer and place anywhere along the bottom of the frame.
Add a slight drop shadow.
Duplicate a few times and place them randomly along the bottom of the frame.
Open element 63 and re-size so it is just slightly smaller than the flower.
Copy and paste as a new layer and duplicate 1 time.
Place these randomly next to the flowers.
Open element 44 and re-size.
Copy and paste as a new layer and duplicate.
Place randomly along the bottom.
Add a slight drop shadow.
Open element 41 and re-size.
Copy and paste as a new layer at the bottom.
Add a drop shadow.
Open element 22 and re-size.
Copy and paste as a new layer and duplicate.
Place randomly along the bottom along with the other items.
Open element 29 and re-size.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
I flipped mine horizontal so it was going up the right side but again this is completely up to you.
Add a slight drop shadow.
I placed some text on a curve at the top right of my frame.
This is completely up to you. If you want to do this then use your preset elipse tool and drag a vector circle around your frame.
Write your text on the curve.
Add your name.
Add your copyright and licensing information.
Crop and save.

Summer Fun

Supplies Needed:

Tube of your choice. I am using the work of DannyLee. You can get this tube at http://scrapsncompany.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=161&products_id=4919

Scrap Kit is by FwTags Creations. You can get it at http://scrapsncompany.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=4933

Font of your choice. I am using Prime Script. You can get this font at http://www.dafont.com/prime-script.font?psize=l&text=Aqua

Lets Begin:
Open frame 5 from the kit.
Shift+d to duplicate and close the original.
Re-size by 75%.
Make your canvas large enough to work with.
Using your freehand selection tool set to freehand draw around the frame
Layers new raster layer and drag under the frame.
Open paper 4 and edit copy and paste into selection.
Selections select none.
Open the closeup of your tube and copy and paste as a new layer and position within the frame.
Erase any bits you do not want hanging out.
Add a slight drop shadow to both the tube and the frame.
Open element 32.
Re-size so it will fit nicely in your frame.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Open element 63 and re-size so it will fit on the far left of the tag.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Open element 36 and re-size so it will fit nicely on the frame.
Copy and paste as a new layer and move to the far right near the top.
Add a drop shadow.
Duplicate.
Image flip horizontal.
Move to the lower left.
Open element 6 and re-size so it will fit nicely along the bottom of your tag.
You are going to put your name on this.
Add your name and your copyright information.
Crop and save your tag.
