They are on sale now so hurry over.

Font of your choice. I am using SquirtDNA

Plugins:
Eye candy 4000 glass.

Lets Begin:
Open a blank canvas that is going to give you plenty of room to work with.
Using your preset elipse tool with the width set to 10.
Turn your background color off and set your foreground to any color you would like. It doesn't really matter because we are going to cover it with a paper from the kit.
Draw a circle frame in the middle of your canvas as large as you want.
Once you are done center in canvas and convert to a raster layer.
Selections select all float and defloat.
Open paper 9 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Selections invert and hit delete.
Selections select none.
Delete the original frame layer you created.
Apply eye candy 4000 glass using the following settings:
Using your magic wand select the inside of the frame.
Selections modify and expand by 2.
Open element 145 and copy and paste as a new layer
Drag under the frame layer.
Center in the frame.
Selections invert and hit delete.
Selections select none.
At this time open your tube.
Choose the layer you want to use and copy and paste as a new layer onto your tag.
Resize until she is a nice size standing next to your frame.
Place her on the right hand side.
Open element 27 and resize so it is a nice size within your frame area but still large as we want it to stand out in the background.
Copy and paste as a new layer and place on the left hand side.
If you want to erase bits to make it look like it is both inside and outside of the frame you can.
Open element 87 and resize so it will fit inside your frame near the top and you can see it all.
Copy and paste as a new layer and add a drop shadow.
Open element 86 and resize so it fits nicely along the bottom of your tag and your tube can stand on it.
Open element 79 and resize and copy and paste as a new layer and move to the top of your tag above the wordart.
Open element 25 and resize and copy and paste as a new layer and image flip horizontal .
Move to the far left of the sand in your tag. Add a drop shadow.
Open element 24 and copy and paste as a new layer and resize.
Move to the left and in front of the chair. Add a drop shadow.
Open element 73 and resize until it fits nicely on the sand between the chair and your tube.
Open element 146 and copy and paste as a new layer and move down to the bottom in front of all the other elements.
Add your name and copyright information.
Crop and save.
