Supplies Needed:


Scrap Kit by Bibi's Collection. You can get it at http://scrapsncompany.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=5362

Mask by Moonbeams and Spiderwebs. I am using mask # 27. You can get it at http://moonbeamsandspiderwebs.blogspot.com/2012/01/masks-26-27.html

Font of your choice. I am using Riky Vampdator which you can get at http://www.1001fonts.com/riky-vampdator-normal-font.html

Lets Begin:
Open element 49 from the kit and shift+D to duplicate.
Close the original.
Re-size by 85%.
Make your canvas large enough to give you room to work with.
Using your magic wand select the inside of the window.
Selections modify and expand by 8.
Layers new raster layer and drag this new layer under the window.
Open paper 10 and edit copy and paste into selection.
Selections select none.
Open element 108 and re-size so it will fit nicely within the window.
Edit copy and paste as a new layer under the window but above the paper.
Place at the top of the window.
Adjust add/remove noise. Add noise at 100%.
Add a drop shadow.
Add a drop shadow to the window.
Open your tube and select whatever layers you want to use.
Edit copy and paste as a new layer.
Re-size so she will fit nicely on the windowsill. She is going to be a tad bit bigger than the window but you don't want her to be too big.
Use my tag for reference if needed.
Add a drop shadow to the tube.
Open paper 9 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Drag to the bottom.
Apply the mask and delete the mask layer.
Merge group.
Open element 10 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Drag to just under your tube and position the larger cloud behind the head of your tube.
Open element 43 and re-size so it will fit nicely on the post opposite of your tube.
Add a drop shadow.
Open element 77 and re-size by 75%.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Drag to just under your window.
Position on the side opposite of your tube.
Open element 87 and re-size so it will fit nicely behind your window scene.
Copy and paste as a new layer and drag to just above your mask layer.
Position opposite your tube.
Duplicate.
On the top copy go to adjust blur gaussian blur of 20.
Lower the opacity of the blurred layer to 60.
Add a drop shadow to the bottom layer.
Open element 97 and re-size by 50%.
Image flip horizontal.
Copy and paste as a new layer and place over the top of your moon.
Add a drop shadow.
Open element 1 and re-size so it will fit nicely on the window ledge opposite of your tube.
Copy and paste as a new layer and then add a drop shadow.
Add your name.
Add your copyright and license information.
Crop and save.
