Brushes of your choice. You can get some good brushes at http://deviantart.com

Font of your choice. I am using Les Mysteres de Paris. You can get it at http://www.dafont.com/les-mysteres-de-paris.font

Let's Begin:

Open a new blank canvas that will give you plenty of room to work with.

You can crop and re-size your tag when we are done.

Open clock4 and copy and paste as a new layer.

Open your full size tube and copy and paste as a new layer.

Re-size so she is just smaller than the clock.

Move to the right hand side of the clock.

Add a drop shadow to both.

Open bow and copy and paste as a new layer.

Re-size to fit on the pole of the clock.

Add a drop shadow.

Open butterfly2 copy and paste as a new layer and place to the top right of the tube.

Add a drop shadow.

Open cog 3 and copy and paste as a new layer and drag to the bottom.

Add a drop shadow.

Open writing and copy and paste as a new layer.

Drag to the bottom.

Add a drop shadow.
