Supplies Needed:

Tube of your choice. I am using the work of Big Chris. I got this tube when he was at MPT and I am sorry I do not know where he sells at anymore.

Mask of your choice. I am using mask #13 by Vix. You can get it at http://www.freewebs.com/vixpsp/masks.htm

Cloud tube I am using is by Rainbow Coffi. It is a free tube but you must be a member of http://www.psp-playground.com/ and they are not accepting new members at this time I believe. So any cloud tube of your choice will work.

Font of your choice. I am using Some Weatz and you can get it at http://www.dafont.com/some-weatz.font

Plugins:

None

Let's Begin:

Open frame 9 and shift+D to duplicate.

Close the original.

Re-size to a size you are happy with.

This is going to be the base of your tag.

Make your canvas large enough to work with.

Open paper 11.

Copy and paste as a new layer and drag under your frame.

Apply your mask.

Delete the mask layer.

Merge the group.

Using your magic wand select the inside of your frame.

Selections modify and expand by 5.

Open paper 3 and copy and paste as a new layer.

Drag under your frame but above your mask layer.

Selections invert and hit delete.

Selections select none.

Add a drop shadow to the frame.

Open your tube and copy and paste as a new layer.

Center in your frame but on the outside(on top of) the frame.

Open your cloud tube and copy and paste as a new layer.

Drag behind your tube and place along the top near her head.

Open element 23 and re-size so it will fit nicely along side of your tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer and drag under your tube but above the cloud.

Move to the left of your tube and make the bottom of it hiding behind your tube somewhat.

Add a drop shadow.

Open element 31 and re-size so it fits nicely on the right side of your tube near the bottom.

Add a drop shadow.

Open element 16 and re-size by 60%.

Copy and paste as a new layer and place at the top left near the clouds.

Adjust add/remove noise at 65% and uniform and monochrome checked.

Add a drop shadow.

Duplicate and move the copy to the right hand side in the middle.

Open element 41 and re-size by 60%.

Copy and paste as a new layer and place right in the middle.

Add your name.

Add your copyright and licensing information.

Crop and save.
