I flipped mine horizontal because I wanted it leaning to the left but this is up to you.
Place on the left side of your frame and erase any bits you don't want overlapping the frame. I made mine look to be inside the frame at the bottom but coming out at the top; again completely up to you.
Add a drop shadow.
Again using your magic wand select the inside of the frame.

Add a drop shadow to both your tube and the frame at this point.
Open element 59 and re-size by 50% 2x.
Copy and paste as a new layer and place anywhere along the bottom of the frame.
Add a slight drop shadow.
Duplicate a few times and place them randomly along the bottom of the frame.
Open element 63 and re-size so it is just slightly smaller than the flower.

I flipped mine horizontal so it was going up the right side but again this is completely up to you.
Add a slight drop shadow.
I placed some text on a curve at the top right of my frame.
This is completely up to you. If you want to do this then use your preset elipse tool and drag a vector circle around your frame.
Write your text on the curve.
Add your name.
Add your copyright and licensing information.
Crop and save.
