Open
element 26 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Re-size to
be just slightly bigger than your rectangle.
Place on
the far left side of the rectangle.
Erase any
bits you do not want.
I wanted
mine to appear to be inside the frame on the bottom but then coming
out at the top.
Open
element 50 and copy and paste as a new layer and place in front of
the buildings.
Re-size as
needed so it is just in front of the buildings.
Open your
full length tube and copy and paste as a new layer and move to the
far right of the tag area.
Re-size as
needed so she is just bigger than the rectangle base.
Add a drop
shadow.
Open
element 10 and copy and paste as a new layer.
Re-size
and place on the far right side and drag behind your tube and make
sure you can see it out the right side.

shadow.
Open
element 18 and re-size by 50%.
Copy and
paste as a new layer and place in the center top of your canvas area.
Open
element 21 and re-size by 50%.
Copy and
paste as a new layer and move to the far left in front of the flames
and the building.
Add a drop
shadow.
Open
element 11 and re-size so it will fit nicely along the bottom inside
of your rectangle area.
Copy and
paste as a new layer and position where you want in that rectangle
along the bottom.
Same with
elements 13, 14 and 16.
Open
element 58 and re-size to fit nicely in the corner of your canvas.
Copy and
paste and place in the top right corner behind your tube and then
duplicate image flip horizontal and move to the left corner.
Add a drop
shadow to both.
Open
element 72 and copy and paste as a new layer at the top and center
over your tag.
If you
choose add some word art to the top like I did using your font and
whatever effects you would like.
Add your
name.
Add your
copyright and licensing information.
Crop and
re-size if needed.
Save.
