Scrap Kit

Mask of
your choice. I am using one by Jus Graphix. You can get it at
http://jusgraphix.blogspot.com/2011/11/4-new-masks.html
Font of
your choice. I am using Panoptica. Sorry this is a PTU font.
Plugins:
NONE
Let's
Begin:
Open paper
2 and shift+D to duplicate.
Close the
original.
Promote
the background layer to a raster layer.
Make your
canvas a bit larger than it currently is.
Apply the
mask of your choice.
Delete the
mask layer and merge the group.
Add a drop
shadow to the mask.
Open paper
1 and apply the same mask.
Delete the
mask layer and merge the group.
Re-size
this mask layer by 85%.
Using your
preset elipse shape.
Set your
foreground color to any color.
Turn off
your background color.
Draw out a
large circle around the edges of your mask area.
Add some
text of your choice as floating text.
Once you
are done promote the text to a layer.
Selections
select none.
Using the
nodes on the circle you drew out drag them inward to make the circle
inside of the text now because we are going to use it as bit of a
frame.
Once you
are happy with the placement of everything then use your magic wand
and select the inside of the frame/circle.
Open your
large tube and copy and paste as a new layer and position within the
frame area.
Erase any
bits you do not want hanging outside of the frame.
Add a drop
shadow to the tube.
Make the
frame layer active and go to selections select all float and defloat.
Selections
modify and expand by 2.
Layers new
raster layer and flood fill with white.
Selections
select none.
Adjust
add/remove noise and add noise at 100% monochrome and uniform
checked.
Drag the
white layer under the black layer.
Add a drop
shadow to the frame.
You can do
this to your text layer also if you chooce.
Now lets
add some elements and dress this tag up.
I will
simply list the elements I used.
The
placement is completely up to you however if you want your tag to
look just like mine then use my tag for reference.

Add your
name.
