Scrap Kit
by Chili Designz. You can get it at

Mask of
your choice. I am using mask 116 by Millies PSP Madness. You can get
it at http://milliespspmadness.blogspot.com/search/label/Masks
Font of
your choice. I am using pussycat snickers. You can get it at
http://www.dafont.com/pussycat.font
Plugins:
NONE
Let's
Begin:
Open paper
16 and shift+D to duplicate.
Close the
original.
Re-size if
needed/wanted.
Promote
the background layer to a raster layer.
Make your
canvas large enough to work with.
You can
crop and re-size when you are done.
Apply your
mask.
Delete the
mask layer and merge the group.
Duplicate
the mask layer and move the top copy up and to the left a bit.
Merge the
2 layers together.
Open your
tube and copy and paste as a new layer.
Re-size
until she is just larger than the mask.
Move to
the far right side.
Add a drop
shadow.
I will
list the elements I used.
Placement
is completely up to you.
If you
want your tag to look just like mine then use my tag for reference.

Add your
name.
Add your
copyright and licensing information.
Crop and
save.
